Recruitment Process
- Apply via email at hr@leisureworld.ca, online through Workopolis.com, or by fax at 905-415-7623.
- Applicants are requested to indicate preferred locations
- Applications are reviewed and successful candidates are contacted to meet for an interview
- First round interviews take place with hiring manager at the Home or Corporate office
- Second round of interviews take place (if applicable)
- The hiring manager shortlists candidates
- Successful candidates are contacted
Resume Database
Leisureworld offers a central resume database, which all our locations have access to. Once applicants submit a resume it is scanned and stored on our database and readily accessible by our homes should there be a recruitment need. In compliance with our privacy policies and legislations, access to this database is restricted to the Director of Administration. Resumes are retained for a six month period.
