The Residents’ Council is a forum for residents to actively participate in the home’s planning and decision-making process. During the meetings, residents have the opportunity to provide constructive feedback with regards to the quality of care and services provided. It is a place to communicate and an opportunity to share information with fellow residents, participate in the planning of special events and receive long-term care updates.
